Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for all orders, international or domestic, of $80 or more. The $80 minimum is calculated after any discounts or coupons have been applied.

How long will it take to process my order ?

The processing time for orders varies depending on the items in the order. Without custom-print items in the order, the processing time is one business day. If an order includes custom-print items, the processing time is approximately three business days. These processing times are not included in quoted estimated ship times.

What shipping options are available when I order?

We have a variety of shipping options available! You can check out the various methods for domestic and international orders on the chart below.

Does BustedTees ship to military addresses?

We do! Please enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page.

Does BustedTees ship to countries outside the US?

Yes! You can change the destination country using the dropdown list on our checkout page. If you do not see your country on the dropdown list, we unfortunately can't currently ship to your location.

I have not received my order yet.

You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail. If the tracking has not updated in more than three business days, you did not receive a tracking link, or you have any other questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please don't hesitate to send an e-mail to support@bustedtees.com!

My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?

Sure! Please send an e-mail to support@bustedtees.com - we'd be happy to get that all sorted for you.

Ordering

I made a mistake in my order!

Please call 1-877-BUSTED-3 to speak to a customer service representative. During our business hours, we can make changes within 15 minutes of an order being placed. If we are not able to make that change for you, we do offer returns and exchanges!

How do I check the status of my Order?

You can check the status of your order using the page found here. You'll need your order number, the e-mail address used to place the order, and the billing postal code. If for any reason you've misplaced this information or you're receiving an error when trying to use this page, feel free to contact us for help!

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on any unwashed and unworn item within 60 days of purchase. To set this up, please visit our returns. Mystery T-shirt purchases can not be returned or exchanged. For any returns set up, you will receive a refund of the full product cost for the item or items you're returning.

I bought this tee last week and now it's on sale.

Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes as they enter the destination country. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish there were a way around them, but unfortunately this is a necessary evil for international orders. Please consult your country's laws regarding any additional fees you may have to pay as the items arrive in your country. We can not mark any international packages as gifts-sorry!

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Busted Tees Gift Cards. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, cash or money orders at this time. BustedTees takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged the moment the order is placed, and once it goes through you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If your card is declined, we will not take any payment and you will not receive a confirmation e-mail. In this case, please remember that some card issuers may still place funds on hold temporarily. If you have any questions or concerns about a payment issue, please don't hesitate to e-mail us or give us a call! [If we make it so that orders where payment is declined an e-mail will be sent, we can add "We'll send you an e-mail letting you know if payment did not process for your order."]

I forgot to use my coupon!

Unfortunately, we can't apply a coupon to an already existing order. We're sorry! Please save the coupon for your next order.

Why isn't my coupon working?

Coupons will not work on any items already on sale, which will be all items under $20, clearance items, or any items that state they do not qualify for coupons. Additionally, only one coupon may be used per order. If your order is eligible for coupons and is still giving you trouble, please let us know!

Why was I asked to show my ID to place my purchase?

For your protection, we may ask for a copy of your ID and credit card or a link to your Facebook page to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you've verified your order, you won't be asked again to do this!

Does BustedTees offer Gift Cards?

We do! If you're unsure about what to get someone, you can purchase a gift card here(insert link to gift card page). Our gift cards never expire and are sent directly to the recipient through an e-mail which includes the value of the gift card. Gift cards are not eligible for any coupon codes when purchased and are offered for $25, $50, $75, and $100. [If we change it so that the gift card can be used by the recipient with any running coupons, we can add "Gift cards can be combined with one current coupon code if you have one.]

Why was I charged sales tax?

We have physical operating locations in New York, Florida, and Iowa, so we do have to charge sales tax for orders placed from these states. Unfortunately there is no way around this, and we do apologize for the inconvenience!

Why are you not replying to my emails?

We answer all e-mails within one business day of recipt. If you have sent numerous e-mails and haven't received a response, please add support@bustedtees.com to your contacts and check your spam or junk mail folder-sometimes we get thrown there! If you'd like, you can also give us a call for any questions or concerns!

Our Products

What types of shirts do you print on?

We print our designs on Alstyle or NextLevel brand shirts for all our designs. These blanks are 100% combed cotton. Our heather colors are a 50/50 polycotton blend, and our heather grey blank specifically is a 90/10 polycotton blend. These shirts are soft, comfortable, and the best-looking shirts available anywhere!

Washing instructions?

For improved longevity on your items, please wash all garments in cold water only and a low dryer setting. Wash the garment inside out and wash any colors separately from white clothing, especially on the first wash of your product. We do use pre-shrunk, combed cotton knit fabric garments, but 5-7% shrinkage(about half a shirt size) is common.

Does BustedTees offer Tall, Maternity or Plus sizes?

At this time, BustedTees does not offer tall or plus sizes. This does not mean we will never carry a variety of sizes, so please do check back.

Who designs the BustedTees shirts?

We collaborate with the writers at CollegeHumor and other New York City comedians to come up with ideas like the ones you see on our site. The best ideas go to our graphic design team and the rest is cotton!

Can I submit my own idea?

Sadly, we are unable to accept shirt ideas. Something about non-transferable intellectual design protection rights, or something. The lawyer said it. At least we think it was the lawyer. He was wearing a suit.

Shirt of the Month Club

Which shirts do I get?

You can choose from any shirt on the site! If you choose a shirt that is currently on sale for your SOTM subscription, please send us an e-mail. Coupons, including SOTM codes, will not work properly on shirts already on sale!

How do I redeem my subscription?

The first week of every month, we'll send you an e-mail with that month's code. You can pick out your shirt and at checkout, you'll enter the SOTM code in the coupon field!

When will my codes expire?

Never! Your shirt of the month codes are valid until you use them, so whenever you get around to them, they'll be ready for you!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! Each redemption code covers the cost of one shirt along with standard shipping. You will only be charged shipping if you select a different shipping method from our drop-down list.

Additionally, you can add other items to your cart along with your shirt of the month and shipping will still be free.

When do I get to claim my first shirt?

Whenever you'd like! When you purchase the subscription as a gift, you can set it up so the recipient receives the information about their gift on a specific date. They'll receive the first e-mails on the date you specify! If you're buying the subscription for yourself, or if there is no date specified for a gift subscription, the e-mails regarding the subscription will be sent right away! Be sure to add newsletter@bustedtees.com to your address book to make sure the e-mails don't go to your spam or junk mail folders!

How do I update my email address?

Send us an e-mail! We'd be happy to get the subscription updated for you whenever you'd like.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The shirt of the month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each BustedTees® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a BustedTees® Gift Card. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each BustedTees® subscription plan shirt is $25.99 (U.S. Subscribers) or $28.99 (for international subscribers).

Can I renew my subscription?

We do not automatically renew your subscription. Near the time of the final shipment we may include a renewal offer, but it is completely up to you if you wish to renew.

Is there a BustedTees store near me?

Currently we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything else, please feel free to ask. Please remember that BustedTees does allow free returns and exchanges on all of our garments, so if it is not 100% perfect you are not stuck with it.

I want BustedTees to make MY tees, can you guys do that?

Thank you so much for thinking of BustedTees, we are honored! Unfortunately we do not print custom orders. We are really happy you thought of us and wish you the best of luck with getting your tees made.
